INGREDIENTS

Ingredients :

  • Saunf – 1 tsp
  • kala jeera – 1 tsp
  • hing – 2 pinches
  • Lal MIRCH powder – 1 tsp
  • Haldi – a pinch

Ingredients :

  • salt – to taste
  • Aamchoor powder – 1 tsp
  • besan -4 tsps
  • Saloni Mustard Oil– 4 tablespoons
  • Green chillies – 5, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Heat oil in a kadai

Step 2. Add saunf, jeera.

Step 3. Saute for a 30 secs.

Step 4. Add hing

Step 5. Add Besan and let it roast on low flame.

Step 6. Add salt, MIRCH, haldi, green chilies and mix well.

Step 7. Add water as needed and cook till green chilies are tender.

Step 8. Add amchoor powder and switch off the flame.
