  • Eggplant/baigan :- 1 long cut into round slices about 1 inch thick…5..6 pieces
  • Gram flour/Besan:- 1/2cup
  • Yogurt/Dahi:-1/4cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste :- 1/2tbsp
  • Green chillies paste/hari mirchi ka paste:-1/2tbsp
  • Lemon juice :- 1 to 2 tbsp (optional )
  • Coriander powder/ dhaniya ka powder:-1tbsp
  • Chaat masala:- 1tbsp
  • Garma masala:-1tbsp
  • Turmeric powder/Haldi ka powder :- 1/2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder/lalmirchi powder:-1/4tbsp(optional)
  • Hara dhaniya:- 1/4cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Saloni Mustard Oil for Frying
