- Eggplant/baigan :- 1 long cut into round slices about 1 inch thick…5..6 pieces
- Gram flour/Besan:- 1/2cup
- Yogurt/Dahi:-1/4cup
- Ginger Garlic paste :- 1/2tbsp
- Green chillies paste/hari mirchi ka paste:-1/2tbsp
- Lemon juice :- 1 to 2 tbsp (optional )
- Coriander powder/ dhaniya ka powder:-1tbsp
- Chaat masala:- 1tbsp
- Garma masala:-1tbsp
- Turmeric powder/Haldi ka powder :- 1/2tbsp
- Red chilli powder/lalmirchi powder:-1/4tbsp(optional)
- Hara dhaniya:- 1/4cup
- Salt to taste
