  • Cilantro/hara Dhaniya :-1/4cup
  • Green chillies/hari mirchi:-1 to 2 chopped
  • Yoghurt /Dahi:- 250gm
  • Butter/Makhan:- 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder/haldi:- 1/2tbsp
  • Coriander powder/dhaniya :- 1tbsp
  • Red chilli powder/lalmirchi :- 1/2tbsp
  • Asafoetida/hing:- 1/2 tbsp
  • Cuminseed/Jeera:- 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Saloni Mustard Oil for Frying
