- Butter/Makhan:- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder/haldi:- 1/2tbsp
- Coriander powder/dhaniya :- 1tbsp
- Red chilli powder/lalmirchi :- 1/2tbsp
- Asafoetida/hing:- 1/2 tbsp
- Cuminseed/Jeera:- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
