  • Cauliflower/Phool gobhi :- 1 big
  • Panch phoran masala:- 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Cuminseed/Jeera:- 1tbsp
  • Cloves/laung:- 8
  • Green illaichi:- 5
  • Dalchini:- small piece
  • Onions/pyaaj:-2 small sliced
  • Cilantro/Hara Dhaniya :-1 cup
  • Green chillies/hari mirchi:-3 to 4 ..sliced into 2
  • Coriander powder/dhaniya:- 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala:- 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Saloni Mustard Oil for Frying
