- Cuminseed/Jeera:- 1tbsp
- Cloves/laung:- 8
- Green illaichi:- 5
- Dalchini:- small piece
- Onions/pyaaj:-2 small sliced
- Cilantro/Hara Dhaniya :-1 cup
- Green chillies/hari mirchi:-3 to 4 ..sliced into 2
- Coriander powder/dhaniya:- 1 to 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala:- 1 to 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
