  • ¾ cup Green peas shelled and boiled and mashed
  • 3-4 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 2-inch pieces Ginger chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
  • Saloni Mustard Oil for deep-frying


  • 150 Gms Processed Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Chilies
  • 2 tablespoon Resins
