Stuffed Potatoes AuGratin is Loved by people from all age groups this is a healthy food recipe for all the age group. In winter variety of fresh vegetable are available in the market, therefore, to prepare Stuffed Potatoes AuGratin we like using fresh veggies which are in abundance in winters.

Ingredients for the gravy:

  • 8-10 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 1/2 pod of peeled garlic
  • 1 cheese cube
  • Potato scrapes that will be left from the scraping of potatoes
  • Salt and pepper accordingly

Ingredients for the potatoes:

  • 5 boiled big sized potatoes(cut into half and scraped)
  • 1/2 capsicum (chopped tiny)
  • 1/2 carrot(chopped tiny)
  • A big pod of cauliflower (grated)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt and pepper


Step 1. Grind onion and garlic using a grinder

Step 2. Add a spoon of oil in a preheated pan

Step 3. Pour the grinded onion and garlic in it

Step 4. Cook till it turns red.

Step 5. Grind tomatoes and pour it in a microwave dish, Add potato scraps left from the potato scrapings

Step 6. Add the cooked onion and garlic

Step 7. Let it get cooked in microwave for 10 minutes till the gravy becomes thick and consistent

Step 8. Add salt pepper and grated cheese

For the potatoes:

Step 9. Sauté capsicum, carrot, and cauliflower

Step 10. Add salt and pepper to it

Step 11. Stuff in the potato cavity with the sautéed veggies

Step 12. Line a baking dish with butter and some gravy cooked above

Step 13. Set in the stuffed potatoes and cover them with the gravy

Step 14. Garnish with grated cheese and bake it in a preheated oven for 5 minutes

Note: Stuffed Potatoes AuGratin can be served with garlic bread and croissants as an appetizer or used as a main course dish.
